Here is a sampling. There current and most exciting project is called Tsunami – a tandem foil high speed hydrofoil runabout.

But there are plenty of other interesting projects that have been completed. Below, a foiling bicycle. To date, after 10 years of trying, I have still not been able to clinch this project – but maybe this summer! It is a work in progress. Apologies to the German gentleman below whose idea I have copied.

This is my hybrid bicycle – electric and petrol powered – a retro build with the “petrol tank” hold a 50 volt battery as well as a litre of petrol for the 1940-‘s B & S motor. It is modeled on the board track racers of the 1920’s. The rust look is a type of “rust” paint that reproduces real rust – not just the appearance. Clever eh!

Mirante – a 15 ft mahogany runabout build over two years from 1998 . It is mahogany veneer over a ply hull and is powered by a marinised converted 1800cc Subaru OHC (EA82) motor.

The so far unsuccessful version of the “aquabike”.

This French designed aircraft is called a Cricri, and has the distinction of being the lightest twin engined piloted aircraft – weighing just 88 Kg before you fuel up and climb in. Build process took 6 years and meticulous construction.

When you live by a lake who could resist building a long light sleek ply kayak. I build a pair of them together on the same mold – a “his and hers” pair called Whoosh and Swiish. Below is the “hers” version. This is a hybrid kayak in that it employs both cedar strips for the hull, and marine ply sheets cut to pattern for the base.

10 C stock runabout with a 32 HP Japanese made racing motor. This is an American style and class race boat with an impressive top speed of around 80kph or more.
